Service
ELJ Furniture offers you as a customer to be able to preview a product before ordering. The customer reserves the responsibility to return the product in new condition and must bear the shipping cost round trip. The samples will be invoiced 45 days net in connection with the dispatch. If the return is approved within this time frame, the invoice will be credited on the item amount. This unless otherwise agreed.

Ordering
When you as a customer have placed an order, you have entered into an agreement with ELJ Furniture and this is binding.
When canceling orders that have already been produced, we reserve the right to charge up to 10 % of the order value.

Special orders
Orders of products that are not included in the regular range are not quality tested and thus no guarantee is issued. For each order, there is an set-up cost that is subject to order and an administrative cost of SEK 900. Each request is assessed on the basis of the opportunities we have to meet your needs.

Order in case of lack of time
In the case of so-called urgent delivery where parts of our production must be restructured, we will, after assessment, sometimes need to invoice an extra cost depending on how resource-intensive the order is. This will be pointed out when ordering / order recognition.

Returns
If you have placed an incorrect order, the following applies when returning:

Specially manufactured and customized goods are NOT taken back. The reason for return must be stated. Contact Elj Furniture before returning for a return form. Forms are also available at www.elj.se. Shipping is paid for by the customer.

• Orders with net order value up to SEK 2,500 = SEK 500 in return fee.
• Orders with a net order value of SEK 2,500 up to SEK 10,000 are credited to 80% by the order value.
• Orders with a net order value from SEK 10,000 up to SEK 40,000 = SEK 2,000 in return fee.
• Orders with a net order value from SEK 40,000 up to SEK 100,000 = SEK 3,000 in return fee.
• Orders with net order value from SEK 100,000 and up = SEK 5,000 in return fee.

Provided that the goods are complete when they are returned.
Errors we consider to be caused are credited to 100 %

Award
All prices in the price list are unit prices stated excluding VAT. These are sold in packages of the specified number in the price list. Breaking packaging can in some cases involve an extra cost. Packaging and any handling fee will be added to invoicing. We at ELJ Furniture reserve the right to make any price changes. This is if there are changed VAT rules or if the purchase price changes radically. ELJ Furniture trades i.a. with Euro & US dollars. Should it happen that one of these currencies rises sharply against the Swedish krona and affects the product you have ordered, a possible adjustment of the price will be possible.

Order-confirmed price, however, applies to orders that are to be delivered within 6 weeks of ordering.

Shipping
If our shipping agreement has been used, the cost of shipping will be added when invoicing. This shipping cost is calculated based on each shipment.

For goods recipients without regular opening hours, notification is added, which delays delivery by an extra day.

Transport damage
The consignee is responsible for checking the goods and notifying the driver of visible damage on arrival. Transport damage must also be reported to the freight forwarder immediately. Hidden transport damage must be reported to ELJ Furniture no later than 4 working days after receipt.

Delivery time
We at ELJ Furniture aim to deliver ordered stock items within 72 hours of your order being confirmed. The products that we at ELJ Furniture do not have in stock vary in delivery time. Some specialty products can take up to 12 weeks. In order to receive a precise delivery notice, you as a customer are welcome to make an inquiry about the product you are interested in buying.

Payment
When purchasing on invoice, 30 days net applies unless otherwise agreed.

We at ELJ Furniture reserve the right to provide credit information to all customers. Should you as a customer not be considered creditworthy, advance payment applies. In the case of advance payment, the money is deposited in the specified bank account (NOT bank giro) and when the money has been received, the delivery is arranged.

Guarantee
The guarantee only applies to goods in new condition from our standard range. For individual consumers, the guarantee commitment runs from the original delivery date for 24 months in parallel with the conditions specified in current Consumer Purchase legislation. For traders, the guarantee undertaking runs for 12 months from the original delivery date and with conditions as stated in this agreement.

Other
We reserve the right to any final sale.
ELJ Furniture reserves the right of ownership of the goods until full payment has been received:
ELJ Furniture reserves the right to make minor design changes to the products.
ELJ Furniture reserves the right to make price or factual errors or color deviations that occur due to printing technical reasons.
ELJ Furniture reserves itself for events beyond the company's control, so-called Force Majeure.
